What is the Difference Between Advice and Advise?

Advice:
Advice is a noun and its meaning is: a proposal for an appropriate course of action.
Example: Her advice helped me a lot.

Advise:
Advise is a verb and its meaning is: Give advice to.
Example: She advised me.
